Fetching is more resilient and long jobs now show progress
Coverage now reaches sites that previously blocked or rate-limited us, with capacity-aware worker reservations and a proxied fetch stage for harder sources, plus tighter source-recovery when sites change shape. Long-running generation, scraping and routine runs now report progress while they work instead of going quiet, and dialogs, sign-in and dashboard navigation behave properly on smaller windows and devices.
Research chat and briefings now reach across more material
Research chat no longer stops at 50 articles, understands the filters you have set, sticks closer to its sources, and is checked against evaluations for factual accuracy, date freshness and URL discipline. Generated drafts no longer leak back into chat answers. Briefings now draw from more articles and evidence in parallel, so longer outputs do not take longer to produce.

PDFs, YouTube and Reddit are now supported as sources
Downloadable PDFs found on monitored websites are now read automatically, including OCR for scanned documents, so reports, filings and datasheets flow into Articles instead of staying as inert links. We also added native monitoring for YouTube channels and videos with full transcript ingestion, and for Reddit user accounts and subreddits, broadening coverage alongside the existing social channels.
Diagnosis, fetch reliability and admin controls are much stronger now
We shipped host-level health diagnostics, better queue and backpressure visibility, adaptive fetch-policy learning, unhealthy-worker deprioritization, tighter source recovery, and more accurate false-block detection. On the admin side, user creation and role assignment are now more restricted and safer for customer workspaces.
Article workflows and delivery have received a major upgrade
Articles and stories now support server-side filtering with infinite scroll, rolling published-date ranges, and routine versus one-time-task filtering. We also added save-chat-as-article, copy and download actions on article cards, routine-run webhooks, and native email delivery with run-level delivery logs.
Source setup and filtering are faster for operators
Multi-group source imports can now bootstrap selectors in one pass, which makes new monitoring setups much faster to launch. We also shipped broader UI localization, cleaner filter controls, pending-state handling, and more compact source selection in the articles and stories workflow.
Social monitoring now runs on a more reliable event-driven pipeline
We moved social-source ingestion onto a webhook-driven pipeline and tightened company-page parsing for major social networks. The rollout also added duplicate-run protection, smarter schedule handling, proxy tier routing, and automatic failure handling to keep source coverage stable.
Shared workspaces and product feedback are now built into the platform
Teams can now see and reuse chats across the whole company instead of keeping them siloed per user, and chat entries now expose their creation date more clearly. We also added a localized in-product feedback flow so customers can report friction directly from the dashboard.
